How do I setup my e-mail accounts, autoresponders, & mailing lists?
You can set up your e-mail accounts, autoresponders, and mailing lists by logging into your Control Panel: http://www.Your_Domain.com/cpanel

How long does it take to setup an account?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 15 minutes from when the order is received. Your FTP Log-in account information will be e-mail to you within 12 to 24 hours.

Do I need to sign a contract to sign-up for your hosting?
No. All hosting plans require no contract. If you would like to close your account, you simply send us an e-mail at: billing@fsstudio.com

What do I have to do right after I order?
You will need to perform the DNS (nameserver) changes for your domain(s) at the registrar where the domain was registered. For example, if you registered your domain at register.com, you will need to contact register.com to perform the DNS changes for your domain.

What are the nameservers for FSstudio.com?
Some registrars require only the name of the nameservers, others require both the nameserver names and IP addresses. We have provided both below:

Where can I get an FTP client program?
FSstudio recommends using GlobalSCAPE CuteFTP as an FTP client program. This program is available for a free 30 day trial at: http://www.download.com

How do I access my FTP?
Once you've downloaded an FTP client, simply enter your host address name, and log-in information as follows:

Host Address: YourAddress.com
Username: Your Username
Password: Your Password

Anonymous FTP: Make sure this is UNCHECKED

Once you've done this, hit "Connect"

How do I access my Control Panel?
You can access your control panel by typing the following address into your web browser: http://www.YourDomain.com/cpanel

What payment options and billing terms do you accept?
For web development, we accept cash, money orders, or checks. Payment in the amount of 25% of the total project is required initially, which will serve as a deposit, and the balance becomes due upon completion, approval, and satisfaction of the client.

How long would it take to complete my project?
Upon your order, we will provide an ETA based on your projects needs and requirements. Most projects are completed within 14 days after all content has been supplied to us.

Does FSstudio offer FREE Search Engine Submission?
Yes. You can submit your website to Alltheweb, DirectHit, Goggle, HotBot, Lycos, & Mixcat FREE by logging into your Control Panel and clicking on the "Tools" menu. You must purchase one of FSstudio's Web Hosting packages for this FREE Search Engine Submission tool.

Can I consult with a FSstudio designer before my order?
Yes. If you would like to discuss your project with one of our designers or programmers to verify that we would qualify for the job, and hear our inputs, that is gladly accepted.

What if I don't know my projects requirements?

What do I do once I've ordered, and received my services?

Yes. This service is available through FSstudio. We can have one of our designers on call to manage and maintain your companies website. This service is available at an hourly rate of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on the service requested.
